Mr. YOUNGAs regards the first part of the question, I beg to refer to my reply to the hon. Member for the Hulme Division (Lieut.-Colonel Nail) on the 13th ultimo. No dividend has been received on the Government investment for the year 1920. A financial representative of the Ministry of Agriculture has been appointed to the board of directors, who receives remuneration at the rate of £300 a year.
