Mr. CHAMBERLAINA return has been prepared in connection with the forthcoming Conference of the Prime Ministers, and the opportunity will be taken of consulting the representatives of the Dominions while they are here, to ascertain whether the figures compiled are correct, and whether they see any objection to the return being issued as a White Paper.
