WORTHINGTON-EVANSThe bulk issue of the 1914 Stars and the 1914–15 Stars has been completed, but supplementary lists are still being received from Record Offices, and it is impossible to say how many Stars remain to be awarded. It is not proposed to delay the issue of the British War Medal until the supplementary issues of the Stars are completed.
