§ Rear-Admiral ADAIRasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether he can give a tabular statement of the latest programme of shipbuilding of the United States and of Japan so far as these are known to the Admiralty, showing, if possible, the probable dates of completion of the ships, by name, included in them, and in the case of Japan what ships, if any, would not be built in Japan itself.
