Mr. M. SCOTTasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether Income Tax has been paid in recent years upon supposed profits earned by Farrow's Bank; and, if so, whether he will consider the advisability of returning any amount so paid for the benefit of the creditors of the bank?
