WHITEasked the Minister of Agriculture whether the Amendment of Section 1, Sub-section (1), of The Agricultural Holdings Act, 1908, contained in the First Schedule of The Agriculture Act, 1920, deprives the tenant-farmer of the compensation for improvements which he was entitled to under The Agricultural Holdings Act, 1908, except in cases where 291W the tenancy was entered upon after the 1st day of January, 1921; and whether, if such be the case, he will at once introduce an amending Bill to remedy this injustice?
