HC Deb 21 April 1921 vol 140 c2103W
Mr. KENNEDY

asked the Minister of Labour if his attention has been drawn to the case of 45 men and boys formerly employed by the Fife Coal Company at Thornton Colliery, Fifeshire, who have been unemployed since 17th March on account of the closing of the colliery; and the ground upon which the men and boys in question have been refused unemployment benefit?

Dr. MACNAMARA

I am making inquiries, and will let my hon. Friend know the result in due course.
