Mr. MACLEANasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that A. E. Gerrard, No. 10,638, 1st Royal Welsh Fusiliers, who has been five years in Army hospital receiving treatment for epilepsy resulting from wounds and gassing during the early period of the 1893W War, has made application for ex-soldier's unemployment donation, and has been refused on the ground that he had not sufficient stamps on his card; and whether it is possible for him to arrange that this ex-soldier, who could not be in hospital and working at the same time, may have the benefit which has been promised to all ex-soldiers?
