§ Mr. PEASEIf the Ecclesfield Parish Council pass a resolution in favour of a Sunday delivery and despatch of letters and furnish an assurance that the resolution represents the substantially unanimous desire of the inhabitants, I will consider the application, but I can give no pledge of compliance.
