asked the Home Secretary if he is aware that extra police have been sent to Abercarn; that this action is arousing indignation among the inhabitants; that members of the Abercarn urban district council have strongly protested against this action of the authorities; and will he therefore order the immediate withdrawal of the police?

I understand that extra police were moved to Abercarn by the Chief Constable as a precautionary measure and that a resolution of protest
