asked the Minister of Health how many boards of guardians have declined to put in force the Superannuation Act, 1920; and what action he is taking in these cases?

I regret that I have not complete information on the first point. As to the second point I have no authority to decide the meaning of an Act of Parliament, and as at present advised I do not see that I can usefully take any action.
