§ Mr. FISHERThe answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part of the question, the Board of Education are considering, in consultation with the parties locally interested, proposals for developing the work of the Royal Albert Memorial College, but the recommendation of the grant of a charter is a matter for the Privy Council.
