§ Mr. MUNROThe Board of Agriculture for Scotland are in course of appointing a number of horticultural instructors whose duties will consist in working in collaboration with local authorities and allotment holders for the purpose of asssting them in the management and development of allotments and advising them on questions arising out of the Allotments Acts.
