§ Mr. KELLAWAYIn addition to 11 Government borings in Derbyshire, Staffordshire, and Scotland, three licences have been granted to companies or persons wishing to bore for petroleum. A company is now engaged in developing the oil shale deposits of Norfolk. With regard to the second part of the question, the matter is still under consideration.
