§ Mr. FISHERI am not aware that local education authorities are experiencing difficulties in obtaining sites, whether by agreement or compulsorily. I am prepared to consider any reasonable proposals for the cheaper construction of educational buildings, but otherwise I cannot provide a remedy for the general embarrassment caused by the present high cost of building.
