§ Mr. SITCHasked the Minister of Health whether the King's Lynn Board of Guardians have refused to pay their servants in accordance with the terms of Bonus Award No. 102, and have also refused to receive a deputation on the subject; whether he will use his influence with the Board on this matter; and whether, in order to deal effectively with such cases, he will consider the advisability of making the awards compulsory?
§ Dr. ADDISONI addressed last week a letter to the Guardians, again pressing them to refer this question to arbitration. I do not think the course suggested in the last part of the question desirable.
