MONDI would refer the Noble and gallant Viscount to the statement by Lord Curzon, which appears in the Press to-day, regarding the programme proposed by the Cabinet Committee appointed to deal with the unveiling of the Cenotaph. Arrangements will be made for as many as possible to pass the Cenotaph immediately after the ceremony.
