§ Mr. R. RICHARDSONasked the Minister of Pensions whether he is aware of the hardship inflicted upon discharged disabled soldiers when they are compelled to apply for Poor Law relief whilst awaiting the decision of a pensions appeal tribunal as to whether their disability is due to or aggravated by military service; and whether the Minister will authorise local war pensions committees to administer grants in such cases?
