LLOYD-GREAMEI have seen references in the Press to a recommendation of the Rubber Growers' Association that estates should reduce their output temporarily by 25 per cent., owing to the present and prospective surplus of production over demand, and the difficulty of carrying large stocks, in view of the present financial stringency. I have no power to prevent such action being taken.
