Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe hon. Member is no doubt aware that Peace Preliminaries have - been signed between Poland and Soviet Russia, and it is the earnest hope of His Majesty's Government that the conclusion of a definite peace treaty will not be long delayed. The publication of papers at this juncture would be only too likely to revive controversies and so militate against the full re-establishment of peace in Central Europe, without adding anything material to the knowledge which the House already possesses.
