§ Sir H. GREENWOODRecruiting for the new special constabulary has started in the following counties, Tyrone, Belfast City, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, and Londonderry City. I do not think that it would be in the public interest at the present time to give the number of applications for enrolment that have been received; but the hon. Gentleman will be glad to learn that the response to the call for volunteers for this force has been eminently satisfactory.
