HC Deb 30 November 1920 vol 135 c1132W
Mr. PENNEFATHER

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether the criminals who robbed the Army Pensions Department in Cork of over £1,000 last Wednesday used motor-cars; and, if so, whether he will still further restrict the use of motor-cars in that country?

Sir H. GREENWOOD

The answer to both parts of this question is in the affirmative. An Order imposing further drastic restrictions on the use of motorcars in Ireland has been made, and will come into force to-morrow.
