HC Deb 29 November 1920 vol 135 c955W
Mr. KENYON

asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the value of the goods manufactured in the engineering trade here which were exported to Russia in 1913?

Sir R. HORNE

The value of the exports of machinery, including electrical machinery, and of electrical goods and apparatus, produced in the United Kingdom, which were recorded as consigned to Russia in 1913, amounted to £3,995,000. If the hon. Member desires information about the exports to Russia in 1913 of any other branches 'of manufacture, which may be considered to come under the heading of engineering, I will see whether particulars are available.
