HC Deb 26 November 1920 vol 135 cc809-10W
Dr. HOPKINSON

asked the Minister of Pensions if it has yet been decided whether the widow of an officer who died of disease aggravated by military service, although he was not actually removed from duty during his service owing to this disease, is eligible for a pension; and, if so, whether a pension may be awarded to Mrs. Hall, 74, Stokes Street, Clayton, Manchester, widow of Captain T. B. Hall, general list, whose case has been under consideration since May last?

Major TRYON

An amendment of the Royal Warrant to meet the class of case referred to will, I hope, very shortly be made.
