§ Mr. MYERSasked the Minister of Health whether he will take steps to have posted up in the waiting-rooms of all public asylums Section 79 of The Lunacy Act, 1890, which gives a relative or friend of the pauper patient the right to claim that the patient be delivered over to their care on their undertaking responsibility in regard to him that he shall not harm himself or others or become chargeable to any union?
