§ Lieut.-Colonel AMERYThe new currency has already been introduced in Kenya and Uganda, and a considerable supply of the new coins will be available in a few weeks. The introduction of the new currency into Tanganyika will follow at an early date. Zanzibar will remain on a rupee currency.
