§ Mr. MONTAGUThe despatch to which the hon. Baronet refers was my reply to one from the Government of India with which they forwarded memorials to me with an expression of their views. Copies of the correspondence will be supplied to all those members of the Service who submitted memorials. I will consult the Government of India as to publication.
