§ Dr. MACNAMARAProvisional approval has been given, subject to the prescribed conditions, to an arrangement under Section 17 of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1920, with the National Association for Unemployment Insurance, which has been constituted by a combination of the National Conference of Friendly Societies, the Association of Approved Societies, and the Joint Committee of Approved Societies. Information in regard to the constituent societies which have decided to undertake the administration of the Act through the National Association for Unemployment Insurance has not vet been received.
