§ Sir H. GREENWOODThe answer to the first and second parts of the question is in the affirmative. These men were arrested with two others in the printing office of the "Galway Express," where some highly seditious matter was at the time being printed. I cannot admit that the arrest was unwarrantable, or that the persons concerned have any claim to compensation.
