§ Mr. SITCHasked the President of the Board of Trade whether any understanding, written or implied, exists between the Government and the Railway Brick Works Colliery Company, Oldbury, Birmingham, under which any sum or part of a sum paid by that company as compensation to any person or firm whose property is damaged or destroyed through subsidence of mines belonging to that company is subsequently recoverable by it from His Majesty's Government?
