§ Mr. SHORTTFor 1918 to 1919 the cost charged to the Vote of Credit was £23,966 16s. 6d., and for 1919 to 1920 the cost charged to the Vote of the Central Control Board was £19,044 8s. 11d. As regards the estimate for the current year, the answer given by my right hon. Friend the President of the Board of Education on the 9th instant remains applicable.
