Mr. HARMSWORTHIn regard to the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the comprehensive reply given by the Lord President of the Council on Thursday last to several questions. As he is aware, the Secretariat of the League of Nations has moved to Geneva, and I have no information whether the League have decided to set up branch officers in London or any other capital.
