(2) whether, in the event of the Fisheries Bill not being taken during this Session, he will introduce a short Bill raising the statutory limits of all licences, thus enabling boards of conservators to pay their bailiffs a living wage?
Sir A. BOSCAWENThe Fisheries Bill is not yet finally drafted, but I hope to introduce it for the purpose mentioned during the present Session. As regards the second question, I regret that I am unable to adopt the hon. and gallant Member's suggestion.
