§ Mr. GLANVILLEasked the Prime Minister what were the terms of the letter from the German Minister for Foreign Affairs, dated 2nd October, 1920, with reference to the action of the Council in definitely transferring to Belgium the sovereignty over Eupen and Malmedy, which was read to the Council of the League of Nations at the meeting just held at Brussels?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI am in communication with the Secretary-General of the League of Nations with a view to ascertaining whether there is any objection to the immediate publication of the full text of the letter in question.
