§ Mr. BONAR LAWIn accordance with the terms of the Peace Treaty, an Inter-Allied Commission of Control is still operating in Germany, and enforcing the surrender of all arms and war equipment in excess of the quantities allowed under the Treaty. The duties of this Commission are in progress, and periodical Reports are furnished. I understand that a Special Report is now being prepared.
