§ Dr. ADDISONThe cost of printing the 21 numbers already issued has been £1,110, and the receipts from sales £585. The average net cost per issue has therefore been £25. Advertisements are not taken, and therefore this profitable source of revenue is not open. The estimated expenditure during the current year is about £800. The journal forms an essential means of communication with local authorities and others concerned. I may add that the sales have largely increased and are still increasing, and I intend to continue it.
