§ Mr. MUNROUnder powers conferred upon them by Section 43 (8) of the Representation of the People Act, 1918, the County Council of Lanark have passed a resolution that the registration officers in preparing the Spring Registers of Voters for this year should not include the names of persons entitled to vote as local government electors. The answer to the last part of the question is in the negative.
