Sir A. BOSCAWENThe question of a further relaxation of the London, Middlesex and District Muzzling Area is at present receiving the careful consideration of the Ministry, and I shall be glad to let my hon. and gallant Friend know as soon as possible what their ultimate decision is in the matter.
