HC Deb 29 March 1920 vol 127 cc912-3W
Mr. RAWLINSON

asked the Prime Minister what are the exact sums which have been paid by way of contributions to the League of Nations by Great Britain and by each of the other countries, respectively, proposing to join the League; to what centre have such sums been paid; and by whom are the amounts of the salaries paid to the officials of the League determined?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I understand that the Council of the League will shortly consider a budget, after which I hope to be able to give the hon. Member the information he desires. A contribution of £24,000 up to 31st March, 1920, has been made by His Majesty's Government on a provisional Estimate.
