GRAHAMasked the Minister of Pensions whether he is aware that a considerable number of war widows are finding it extremely difficult at the present time to pay the rents of the houses which they occupy from the pensions allowed to them; and whether, in view of the near approach of the time when rents of houses are to be increased, he will consider the propriety of his Department becoming wholly responsible for the payment of their rent subject to the recommendations of the various local war pensions committees?
