§ Mr. MACPHERSONOne Member of Parliament representing an Irish constituency was arrested during the week ending 20th March, 1920. He was arrested, under an Order made in pursuance of the Defence of the Realm Regulations, as a person suspected of having acted and being about to act in a manner prejudicial to the public safety and the defence of the Realm. The answer to the last part is in the negative.
