§ Brigadier-General COLVINasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions whether, in regard to the proposed reduction of the establishment at the Royal Small Arms Factory, Enfield Lock, and the large number of unemployed in the neighbourhood, and also with a view to providing work for some of the employees at the Royal Gunpowder Factory, Waltham Abbey, he will consider the provision of alternative work at Enfield Lock?
