§ Mr. DONNELLYasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he is aware of the very serious damage done to farmers by flooding in the Lough Neagh district, and if the Government will consider the advisability of applying a portion of the reconstruction grant towards remedial and preventive measures in the district?
