§ Mr. HENRYThe Reference Committee in Ireland have made rules under the Acquisition of Land (Assessment of Compensation) Act, 1919, and they do not differ substantially from the English rules. One arbitrator is only provided for in Ireland where in England there is a panel of arbitrators.
