§ Mr. NEALThe Minister of Transport, after much investigation and consultation with his advisers and conference with the Cabinet, has undertaken further investigation at the request of that body. It is hoped that this will shortly be submitted to the Cabinet for its further consideration. No Committee such as is suggested in the question has been appointed.
