§ Mr. McCURDYThe domestic sugar ration is at present 6 ozs. per head per week, and not 8 ozs., as stated. It is hoped shortly to raise it to 8 ozs., although this increase may have to be accompanied1574W by an increase in the price of sugar. It is not, therefore, thought advisable to introduce the arrangements necessary to provide a supplementary ration for children.
