§ Sir H. GREENWOODThe Joint Anglo-Persian Military Commission has been sitting at Teheran since January 20th, and satisfactory progress is being made. A preliminary Report has already been drawn up and the final Report is promised shortly. Recruiting for the new force cannot, of course, begin until the final Report of the Commission has been submitted and considered.
