Mr. HAY DAYasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what reasons led the Treasury to differentiate between the Admiralty staff and the rest of the Civil Service in the matter of war bonus 934W whilst on active service; and whether, in view of the dissatisfaction at this inequality of treatment, he will have the whole matter reconsidered?
