§ Mr. LONGAs regards flag officers and captains, I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply given on Wednesday last to the hon. and gallant Member fur Norfolk, North (Commander King). With regard to other officers, the matter is still under consideration, but it is hoped to make an announcement at an early date.
