Morel for the purchase of certain stores in France have yet been finally completed; what is the reason of the delay, if any, in the transference of British stores to the French Government; what is the present position regarding the agreement with the French Government; if it has been definitely decided that the French Government will take over all it agreed to acquire; and, if so, can the price be stated and the date of the completion of this transaction?
